Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software compromises increased workflow efficiency, data accessibility, decision making capabilities and integrating it successfully into an existing ecosystem presents distinctive obstacles. Implementation of ERP software plays the vital role as the escalation of huge data occupancy for decision making, timely report generation, inventory management , and resource management of today business world. Consequently, the adoption and adaption of new tech has some extent of impact on the employee job satisfaction. The objective of this paper is to review the previous literature about the factors of ERP implementation on the employee job satisfaction. Quality of ERP system, adequate training, employee morale and perceptions are the priorities that impact on employee job satisfaction. The findings highlight what factors should be cogitated when the organizations employ ERP system to be more effective with lesser impact on their employee job satisfaction.
