Repository Policy

The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research for SMET (JMR–SMET) supports the archiving and dissemination of research and encourages authors to deposit versions of their work in institutional and subject-specific repositories.

Policy Overview:

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts in institutional or other repositories of their choice:

  • Pre-print (submitted version prior to peer review)

  • Post-print (accepted version after peer review but before final typesetting)

  • Publisher’s version/PDF (final published version)

Conditions of Deposit:

  • Deposits must include full citation details and a link to the published version on the JMR-SMET website.

  • The copyright notice and the license (e.g., Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License – CC BY 4.0) must be clearly stated.

  • No embargo period is required.

Licensing:

All articles published in JMR–SMET are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted distribution, reproduction, and reuse in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Recommended Repositories:

Authors may archive their work in:

  • University or institutional repositories

  • Disciplinary repositories (e.g., arXiv, SSRN)

  • Personal websites or academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)
